Taking advantage of the sunshine today to run :
welps, signed up for my first ever run [12k] : this will be me in the next few weeks. less than 2 months away. ohkay, i may be crazy since i have no experience with long distance running. but i got some tips from my godsis who runs! i now have an excel spreadsheet of my training schedule erryday. motivation. yes. physically and mentally training my body, even though i am unprepared and my training timeline is limited since i haven’t quite trained…at all and it is less than 2 months away. wish me luck, i will need it. i will be sore and my body will hate me…haha.
